Privacy Policy for Google Calendar Integration

We access and store the following data via Google OAuth:

• Access Token
• Refresh Token
• Calendar IDs selected by the user

We do not access or store:

• Event details or attendees
• Email addresses
• Any other personal or sensitive data

Purpose of use:

• To create and update course schedule events in the user-selected Google Calendar
• To fetch calendar list and manage synchronization settings
• To maintain token validity and reauthentication

Storage and protection:

• Tokens are stored securely in our WordPress database
• Protected by HTTPS and WordPress user authentication
• Data is never shared or sold to third parties

Users can:

• Disconnect Google Calendar at any time on My Page
• Immediately delete all stored tokens upon disconnection

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable data protection laws.
